PAY DUES

HOW TO PAY YOUR HOA DUES - due the first of every month, any received or posted after the 10^th will be considered late.

1. ACH thru your bank
This option lets you pay ”directly” using a routing transit number (RTN) and the CLV bank account number. Prosperity's routing number is 113122655. Our Bank Account number is 218473014. Some banks charge fees, some are free.

2. Zelle - Best Method with no fees!
Zelle is now offered! Send payments to [email protected] (through your banks Zelle application/platform if available). The entity it will confirm is "Canyon Lake Villas Council of Co". This funds immediately to our bank.

3. PAY BY MAIL  
Please make checks payable to "CANYON LAKE VILLAS" and put your unit number XX example "D24" on the check memo. Please mail early or via autopay Bank bill pay checks by the 10th of each month.  New mailing address;

New State Farm Insurance policy this year 2024-25!
Policy numbers are:
90-GL-R581-3 Liability and 90-GL-R548-4 Property Coverage $8.1m

New amounts are now due and payable April 1st 2024, for this new rate and coverage from State Farm Insurance Company. Either in full by April 10th or added to your monthly dues for 12 months as always by the 10th of each month.

2 bedroom units
Option 1- $936.00 to pay in full by April 10th 2024, or Option 2- $78.00 pay per month (option 2- $293.00 w/dues).
Due April 1st 2024 -March 31st 2025. Payments (12ea) will be considered late after the 10th of each month.

or

3 bedrooom units
Option 1- $1068.00 to pay in full by April 10th 2024, or Option 2- $89.00 pay per month (option 2- $339.00 w/dues).
Due April 1st 2024 -March 31st 2025. Payments (12ea) will be considered late after the 10th of each month.

As soon as we receive new policy-declarations, these will be posted under Insurance on website for your records.

LATE FEES: If received or posted online after the 10th of the month it is considered late and a $25 late fee will be added each month late. 

NO REMINDERS
There is no statement or reminder sent to homeowners and you are responsible to remit payment monthly.
