Assessment Payment Options

Association assessments are calculated based on the annual budget and governing documents. Assessments pay for the operations, amenities, insurance and maintenance of the common area.

PARKING IN NUMBERED SPOTS - TOWING ENFORCED
We are getting reports of neighboring townhomes and CLV guests parking in the other people's NUMBERED parking spots. Towing is now being enforced at CLV so do not park in other unit's spaces. We have posted signs and found a tow company so please warn all your guests, friends, and visitors they might be towed.
